Exactly how hot is it in L.A.? Too hot for a shirt - I guess. "America's Most Smartest Model" contestant - Russian Andre Birleanu definitely thought so! The model was seen out shopping on Melrose earlier this week - shameless shirtless!! And he wasn't even shopping for shirts - he just went without!

Birleanu was out with girlfriend - and fellow model - Janaina Reis. You've got to admit - he looks pretty good here! And if anyone is going to just walk around shirtless - at least he looks like this! Abs for days - and a nice lean sexy frame! I wouldn't mind running into this kind of HOT during a shopping trip!

HOT FIND: "America's Most Smartest Model" Andre Birleanu

Just to prove that you don't have to be a "good person" to be good-looking - comes reality contestant and apparent complete jack-ass - Andre Birleanu. Hot body on the outside - not so much on the inside - it seems.

The model has not only proved to be a volatile presence on the VH-1 program - "America's Most Smartest Model" - which began this season. But now - according to the The Post the model was arrested this last Thursday and charged with sexual misconduct and aggravated harassment while during a fashion show after party. And it seems this 25 year old Russian has a prior rap sheet that is as long as his torso.

He's definitely got the "bad boy" look down pat! And his confident look is pretty hot - also. But oh well - it just goes to show you can't have it all.
