Penn Badgley Goes Back To Smooth - But Still Pretty HOT!

THE hottest "Gossip" guy - Penn Badgley looks like he has returned to his smooth side now that the actor has begun filming the second season of CW's "Gossip Girl". Pretty disappointing - but what can ya do. I am sure it's the producers of the show that require him to crop his manliness - since he lets it grow out every chance he can! Or it could be current girlfriend (and "Gossip co-star) Blake Lively that makes him commit this crime. You know how most straight girls are about chest hair.

Either way - it's a shame. I mean Penn's still our favorite - but he's definitely not quite as "eye-catching" as he is in his natural hirsute state. But definitely still a good-looking man - hairy or smooth! And of course we're LOVIN' the treasure trail he chose to keep!

Penn Badgley's Chest Hair Is Back - For Now!

I tell ya - Penn Badgley keeps us guessing! We've shown before that this 21-year-old "Gossip Girl" actor does have the ability to grow a pretty mean chest of hair - but can't quite seem to stop shaving it. Of course - it's probably the producers of "GG" that make him do this horrible deed - in order to make his character look younger. Ugh - whatever.

Anyway - "Gossip Girl" is on summer hiatus - so Badgley is free to go natural! And if these shots from last Wednesday are any indication - he has!! And it looks SO good on the man! Definitely adds a ton of hotness to an already sexy guy!

Penn was spotted hailing a cab in New York last week - with current girlfriend and "Gossip" co-star Blake Lively. Hopefully she appreciates the "heaven" she's got in this hairy guy! If not - there are TONS of guys who would!

Here's hoping this summer gives us alot more of "Hairy Penn" before he returns in the fall - and his bosses make him commit the waxing crime again. I've got to see that chest in full hairy glory!! Until then - I guess these hot hairy peek-a-boo shots will have to do. Click each for a larger view.

Penn Badgley Gets WET for InStyle!!

Good grief! We are totally diggin' "Gossip Girl" actor Penn Badgley!! He's definitely our choice for HOTTEST "Gossip" guy - hands down! And the boy knows what's sexy!! The 21-year-old gives off a intensely HOT photo shoot for the latest issue of InSyle magazine!!

It's amazing what a wet t-shirt does to a guy's body - especially when the body in question is Badgley's!! Incredibly lean - but muscular at the same time - Penn's got the body that definitely looks good with wet cotton clinging to it!! And he works a tee and a tank for this one!

SPOTTED: Those HOT "Gossip" Guys!

First of all - let me admit that I have never seen an episode of The CW series "Gossip Girl". But - the cast is getting pretty popular and are EVERYWHERE lately - so you really don't have to be a fan in order to know they exist. And I've got to admit - the guys on the show are really starting to grow on me. "Gossip" definitely has some male HOT - in particular two of the male stars - Penn Badgley and Chace Crawford!

Penn Badgley is a DEFINITE HOT find - and our favorite! He's REALLY good looking - and if the shots below are any indication - he's a manly addition to the cast! I haven't seen a shirtless shot of this guy yet - but it's pretty obvious this 21 year old has got it goin' on - in a really good way!

And all that is just icing on the cake with Penn - he's sexy as hell even before you get to the chest! Incredible looking guy! Definitely a looker!

Then we come to the pretty-boy star of the show - Chace Crawford. This guy is interesting. At first I think - he's just not my cup of tea (a little too pretty and young looking for me) - but then some shots came out from a "beefcake-cowboy-football" photo shoot the actor did two years ago - before he hit it big on The CW. He showed a nicely matured and fit body - plus you know I'm a sucker for a trail - and Crawford's got a pretty good one!

Then there's the part of Chase that we really find attractive. The actor had been attached to "American Idol" Season Four Winner - Carrie Underwood (who just recently announced the pair were done) The fact that the two have split isn't that surprising since the only person we ever see Chace with lately is former *NSync-er - J.C. Chasez! They've been caught out everywhere! And I mean everywhere!!

And our opinion here at TBBB - is they make a really nice couple! I've always thought J.C. was hot (except in that horrible long hair days after *NSync) - and the possible "pairing" of the two - makes Chace ALOT hotter in our book!

We don't "out" people here - it's really none of our business who anyone is "with". And J.C. has denied any kind of rumors recently during some radio interviews. So - who am I to say? I'm not saying these two are gay - I just kind of wish they were! We definitely think they look good together - and would make a HOT pair!

Anyway - "Gossip Girl" has got the HOT! Penn's definitely OUR man - but Chace is getting hotter by the minute! You can check the show out on The CW - Mondays 8/7c!
