T.R. Knight & Mark Cornelsen - Cutest Couple Ever!

Ever since "Grey's Anatomy" star - T.R. Knight was "outed" on the set of his hit show - he has totally embraced his "Out" status! Of course - it helps when you have a HOT guy on your arm! The 35-year-old actor has gone public with his current boyfriend - 19-year-old student - Mark Cornelsen - who he has been dating since February! The pair have been seen out and about at this years GLAAD Awards, Elton John's Oscar Benefit and many other events!

Even with the age difference - these guys look great together!! And - how cute is it to see them holding hands! Love it!

When asked if the pair will be tying the knot now that California has lifted it's Gay Marriage Ban - T.R. was quoted as saying:

“We’ve only known each other for six months, so I think it’s a little soon to consider marriage. [But] I don’t think you date anyone that you don’t see a future with.”

Check out the "oh-so-cute" pair at the 2008 Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles on Saturday. Loving each other - and proud of it! Good for them both!!
