THAT HOT HOT Herndon Navy Climb - 2008!!

Take a bunch of muscled young shirtless guys - grease them up and add a huge phallic statue - and you've got: (no - not porn) The Annual Herndon Navy Climb!! Yes - the yearly flesh-fest is back! And from the looks of this years "plebes" - it's HOTTER than ever! You can check out 2007's Climb HERE - and you can see for yourself that the level of HOT have been kicked up a notch!

The event happens this time every year - the first year cadets all work together to climb the greased monument and replace a plebe "dixie-cup hat" on top with a midshipman hat. Yeah - climbing all over each other - exposing some of the perfectly primed chest, arms, abs, legs, backs - of the Naval Academy's FINEST!! Yeah - homoerotic as hell.

The Herndon Navy Climb - Don't Ask, Don't Tell!!

There's a certain tradition over at the U.S. Naval Academy that should really be getting alot more attention - or at least be heavily photographed!! It seems that every year during the first day of Commissioning Week - the first year cadets (or "plebes" as they are called) get initiated in a task called "The Herndon Navy Climb". The students do their best to scale The Herndon Monument - a 21-foot grey obelisk in the quickest time using teamwork and sheer strength! The plebe who reaches the top of the monument and replaces the cap on top with an underclassmen cap wins! The trick is - upperclassmen coat the structure in 200 lbs of lard beforehand - just to make things interesting. The event usually takes about 3 hours for the guys to reach the top successfully.

Add 1,000 hot Navy guys with lard - climbing on top of each other and even more below yelling them on - and you got something to pay alot of attention to!

Now - I hate it when guys make everything gay or homoerotic, and I'm sure that few of these guys really enjoyed this - but it doesn't mean I can't! I mean - come on!
