Phelps continues to light the swimming world on fire - breaking world records on a pretty consistent basis. Really solidifying his place as the World's Greatest Swimmer - and according to the magazine cover story - Michael's perfectionism in his sport has some believing that he could be "The Greatest Athlete of All Time" - far exceeding almost everyone in his field. There is something that I really like about this guy - the fact that he is SO GOOD at what he does plus the way he looks - makes him sexy as hell. Definitely one of "The Best" in my book!
