"The Dark Knight" Official Trailer Hits The Web!

One of 2008's most eagerly awaited films - "The Dark Knight" has got the Internet buzzing with the release of the film's official trailer online - in glorious HQ! Just in case you have been living under a rock - the film is the sequel to 2005's retooling of the DC franchise - "Batman Begins".

Oh - and the trailer looks really good! If you've had any doubts regarding the casting of "Brokeback Mountain" star - Heath Ledger as The Joker - this trailer will clear them all up! Ledger is perfect as Batman's archenemy - making the villain less cartoon-y and much more psychotic! This isn't your Jack Nicholson Joker - that's for sure! Ledger makes the character truly scary - and that's how I've always thought The Joker should be portrayed. Scary Evil!!
