BEHOLD - The KING of POP

"FutureSex/LoveSounds"

OK - I would not be a good blogger (and Justin stalker) if I didn't include a little thought on the new Timberlake album - "FutureSex/LoveSounds". His first album in 3 years and it was DEFINITELY worth the wait!! Bought the CD the day it came out and it has been in my car's player ever since (after it was downloaded to my iPod).

Let me tell you - this is one of those albums that you can continuously play. Every song is incredible. JT is really pushing the pop frontier - and it couldn't be better!

"SexyBack" the OFFICIAL "2006 Song of the Summer" - no doubt. But you won't just play that song over and over - the other 11 songs on the CD will grab you the first time you hear it. Really didn't think he could beat "Justified" - but he has topped himself with this one.

Like I said - you can play this continuously over and over - but here are a couple of songs that really show what Justin is trying to do with this album:

1. #4 - "My Love" - this one is already playing on the radio and is Justin's 2nd single. Awesome techno-sound. Incredibly catchy chorus - fast and hard. Loves it.

2. #9 - "Summer Love" - very hot. Hard R&B. Justin at his BEST!!

3. #12 - "(Another Song) All Over Again" - seems like just JT, a piano and a drum. This one drips with soul. You can't get any better than Justin's falsetto - and this one is all JT.

Anyway - not that my opinion matters (but it is MY blog) - this is the Album of 2006. Didn't think it was possible, but it made me a bigger fan.
