"Previously...on Lost"
Ok - less than 24 hours until the "Lost" Season Three Premiere!! Excitement is building.....
Let's recap where our survivors were and what questions the Second Season Finale left us with this summer.....
Jack, Kate and Sawyer were left (bound and gagged) in the clutches of "The Others".
What do they want with these three?
What significance do they hold with "The Others"?
And speaking of - who the hell are "The Others"??
Why do they want to give the impression they are dirty nomadic vagabonds? When we know for a fact they are not.
Are they "the good guys" as Faux Henry Gale told Michael? If so - why the violence and kidnappings??
**Producer/Creator JJ Abrams has been quoted as saying Season Three will be the "Season of The Others" - so good bet we'll know soon.**
They let Hurley go in the finale, telling him to go back to his camp and tell the rest of the survivors never to come out here again.
Will he make it on this long trek back on his own?
What impact will his news hold for the group - once they know their leader has been taken??
Now that we know what happens when "the button" doesn't get pushed and that not pushing the button is the reason Oceanic Flight 815 crashed - what does it mean? What is this electromagnetic force on this island?
What exactly happened when Desmond turned the "failsafe key"?
What was the sound and violet light that was omitted all over the island when the key was turned?
Did the result cause the ultimate destruction of "The Hatch"?
And if so.....
What happened to Desmond?
What happened to Eko?
And Locke?
What effect will "losing his faith" in his precious button and being 100% wrong about it not doing anything have on Locke? If he survived. (Duh)
We last left Sayid, Jin and a pregnant Sun on the sea in Desmond's boat - trying to be a backup for Jack, Kate and Sawyer.
What happens to them? Do they give up and go back to camp? Or do they have their on seaside adventures?
And what the hell is that four-toed statue that they found? What does it mean?
The Others, maybe? Or something or someone else completely?
Will we ever know what Libby's connection is?
She was in the mental institution with Hurley.
She gave Desmond her boat.
Since she is dead (damn Michael) - will we ever know?
I think so.
And finally - that mind-blowing final scene.
Penelope Widemore discovering the island. What implications will "the real world" finding the island have on the show? What will be her next step in finding her true love - Desmond?
So many questions. One HUGE Premiere!!
Tomorrow 10/04 8pm Central Time ABC.
BE THERE!!
